Life on New Fire Island
The first residential phases of New Fire Island offer two stunning home and land types: the Garden Villa, and the limited Courtyard Townhome. You can choose to build one of our original designs, adapt it to your own land, or design and build with your own architect. The possibilities are endless, safe in the knowledge that your community is protected by our guidelines and approval by our own in-house design expertise.
The Real Estate
As we grow, other design variations and accommodation types will become available. Like any town, it’s important that you have choice in how you want to live and play, and that your friends and family have options too.
